# How to change or add a payment method?

Change or add a payment method for your subscription on iPhone and iPad

Payments for MyWay go through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so you change your payment method there.

### **Apple App Store (iPhone, iPad)** <a href="#ios-iphone-or-ipad" id="ios-iphone-or-ipad"></a>

1. Open the **Settings** app <img src="https://help.apple.com/assets/61B370B8020DEA0A024710E6/61B370BA020DEA0A02471109/en_US/492fec5aff74dbdef9b526177c3804b4.png" alt="" data-size="line">
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap **Payment & Shipping**. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.
4. Tap the payment method and then **Edit**, or tap **Add Payment Method**.
5. Change your information and tap **Done**.

### Google Play Store (Android) <a href="#h_1efda40c42" id="h_1efda40c42"></a>

1. On your Android device, open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap the profile icon (top right).
3. Tap **Payments and subscriptions** > **Subscriptions**.
4. Tap **MyWay Route Planner**.
5. Next to **Primary payment method**, tap **Update**.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your payment method.

If Apple can't charge your payment method for the subscription, MyWay shows "Payment Problem" in the menu. Tap **Manage Subscription** there and update your payment method before the date shown, so you don't lose Premium.
