# Why can't I buy a subscription?

You can buy a subscription in the menu (three lines, top right corner of the map) > "Get Premium". MyWay also offers it when you choose the stop order for a route with more than 15 stops.
There are multiple reasons why you can't buy a subscription. The most obvious are:
* There is not enough money in your account to buy a subscription.
* There is something wrong with your [payment method](/v3/subscription-management/how-to-change-or-add-a-payment-method.md).
* **"Couldn't load subscription plans"**: MyWay couldn't load the plans. Check your internet connection and open the screen again.
* **"Purchase is awaiting approval"**: your purchase needs to be approved by your family organizer (Ask to Buy). Once they approve it, Premium turns on.
Please check none of the above applied to you, and if everything looks good, please check if there is any specific issue related to your App Store account. The most common problems are below:
### **Apple App Store (iPhone, iPad)**
* Your App Store account is not allowed to make an in-app purchase ()
* You use a different Apple ID account for purchases, which has its own limitations or issues ().
