# MyWay does not recognize my subscription

Learn about restoring your subscription

{% hint style="info" %}
**Using MyWay on Android?** This page describes the iOS app version 3. See [Version 2 of this page](https://help.mywayroute.com/subscription-management/myway-does-not-recognize-my-subscription).
{% endhint %}

You have an active subscription and paid the subscription fee this month. However, you can't access Premium in MyWay, or the app offers you to subscribe again.

### **Restore your purchase (iPhone, iPad)** <a href="#ios-iphone-or-ipad" id="ios-iphone-or-ipad"></a>

* In MyWay Route Planner, tap the menu button (three lines, top right corner of the map). In the "Subscription" section, tap "Restore Purchases" and wait for the app to restore your purchase.
* You can also tap "Get Premium" and then "Restore" in the top left corner.

When the subscription is restored, you see "Restored!". If you see "No purchases to restore", check your internet connection and try again.

{% hint style="info" %}
Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. The free trial is available only once per Apple ID, so if you subscribed before, MyWay offers you to subscribe instead of starting a trial.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="danger" %}
We don't recommend deleting the app to fix this issue: your routes and saved places are stored on your iPhone and are deleted together with the app.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
Please be aware that sharing a subscription between Android and iOS is impossible. For example, if you started a subscription on Android, you won't be able to access the full version of MyWay Route Planner on your iPhone unless you start a separate subscription on iPhone (and pay for a subscription on both Android and iPhone). The inability to transfer subscriptions between platforms (iOS and Android) is not our decision. Apple and Google explicitly state in their policies that such transfers are not allowed and strictly enforce this restriction.
{% endhint %}

Please be aware that if you try to restore a subscription, but the subscription is not restored, it means you don't have an active subscription for this Apple ID. Please make sure you are using the same Apple ID on all your devices. If nothing helps, please [contact us](/v3/how-to-contact-us.md).
