# How to contact us?

Or suggest a feature or report any issue with the app

If you want to talk to us, suggest a new feature, or report a bug, we have a simple way to do so.

There are actually many ways of doing this:

1. In the MyWay app, tap the menu button (three lines, top right corner of the map) and then "Talk to Us" to chat with us.
2. In the same menu, tap "Contact" (in the About section) to send us an email. MyWay adds the app version and your device model to the email, so we can help you faster.
3. When you complete a route, MyWay asks "How was your route?". If something went wrong, tap "Had Issues" and then "Send Feedback".
4. You can go to our public website <https://mywayroute.com> and talk to us via online chat there.
5. You can drop us an email at <support@mywayroute.com>.

We usually respond quicker in online chats, but feel free to use any method that works for you. We will be happy to talk.
