MyWay doesn't recognize my subscription
The app asks to start the free trial but I already have a subscription
It is an unlikely situation you might be shown a payment screen but already have an active subscription. If it's the case, we recommend you close an app and reopen it again, make sure you have an internet connection, and try to restore your purchase.
